Thank you for your interest in NetPilot. As our product is a digitally delivered software utility, all sales are final. By purchasing and downloading NetPilot, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns after the software has been downloaded or accessed. Once the product is delivered electronically, it is considered used and cannot be returned or revoked.
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You have changed your mind about the product.
- You mistakenly purchased the wrong version.
- You are unable to install or use the product due to incompatible system requirements.
- You experience issues due to third-party software conflicts or insufficient technical knowledge.
We encourage all customers to review system requirements, product features, and available documentation before purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if were charged multiple times in error.
Please email support@netpilotapp.com within 3 days of purchase and include your order number and a full description of the issue.
