Is the Syslog Client really free? ▼
Yes, completely free with no limitations, no trials, and no subscriptions. Install it on as many Windows machines as you need. It pairs with any RFC-compliant syslog server.
When will the Syslog Server be available? ▼

Does NetPilot require an internet connection? ▼
No. After a one-time activation, NetPilot Toolkit works completely offline. The Syslog Client works offline out of the box — no activation needed.
How do I activate my Pro license? ▼
After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Open NetPilot, go to the activation page, and enter your key. It takes less than 30 seconds. No account required.
Can I install NetPilot on multiple computers? ▼
Each Pro license key is valid for one device. The free Syslog Client can be installed on unlimited machines. Contact support@netpilotapp.com for volume licensing options.
Is there a refund policy? ▼
Because license keys are delivered digitally and can be activated immediately, purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to try the free versions first before upgrading.
What if I already have a v1 license key? ▼
NetPilot v2.0 accepts both v1 and v2 license keys. If you purchased NetPilot Pro v1, your existing key will activate all Pro features in v2 at no extra charge.
